If you need to exchange your pant for another size & it has been hemmed, we can help! You pay for the shipping, we can hem the new pants & unhem the returning pant at no charge.
If you need to return your brand new pant for a refund, we need to charge for the unhemming of the pant to return it to stock.
Exchanges are always recommended.
Items that have been altered or customized in any way can not be returned. For example: engraved name tags, embroidered polos, printed t-shirts & hemmed pants can not be returned. Once these items have been altered they can not be returned unless they are found to be defective & that requires the evaluation & acceptance of the manufacturer.
